 eta</p>\n <p>In the tradition of chisme as lore\, 
 Machismosa examines how machismo is learned\, whis
 pered\, and passed down. This exhibition dismantle
 s it through the same radical storytelling that bu
 ilt it\, bringing together ten Latine artists whos
 e multimedia practices unravel machismo's rigidity
  and reimagine it as fluid\, intimate\, and commun
 al. Rather than treating machismo as an inescapabl
 e mold\, these artists deconstruct and reclaim it 
 into something livable. Working across textile\, c
 eramics\, painting\, and sculpture\, they center t
 he body\, domesticity\, and ancestral memory as si
 tes of resistance\, where kitchen-table whispers b
 ecome revolution. The opening reception will be an
 imated by live performances from drag royalty Soy 
 Papi Churo and Xochitl\, bringing Machismosa's the
